LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Fashklo will not be held liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may attract custom fees when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Domestic standard shipping time is 3-5 business days.
International Shipping time is 10-15 days.
- This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We have a 7 day domestic return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and a 15 day international return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly note that tampering with the return tags will make an item invalid for return.
Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouse unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description, then free shipping will be arranged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on intimates (Underwear and any item with a hygiene seal) sale items, custom orders or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@fashklo.com with the heading "Return" stating the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
While we do our best to carry out inspection of goods that leave our facility, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or granted store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Fair Use
If we believe you are using our products in a predatory manner (I.E - Ordering a lot of items for picture or video content with the intent to return them afterwards, we reserve the rights to suspend your account. If you believe your account has been suspended mistakenly, kindly reach our to customer care on Hello@fashklo.com and we would aim to resolve the issue.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact customer care. You will be provided with a return label; although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered or you are in breach of our fair use policy
