What is your minimum order quantity?
For cut-and-sew garments the minimum is 15 pieces per design, which covers up to 3 sizes and 2 colours. Each extra size or colour adds 5 pieces. If we source the fabric, the minimum is 30 pieces per design, covering up to 3 colours; each extra colour adds 10 pieces. Imported fabric starts from 60 pieces per design.
Printing and embroidery minimums: DTG 1 piece, screen printing 5 pieces, embroidery 1 piece, sublimation 1 piece, jerseys 1 piece, scarves 1 piece, fabric printing 2 yards.
Can FASHKLO help me create a garment from scratch?
Yes. We develop garments from a tech pack, a spec sheet, a sketch, a reference garment, or clear front-and-back images with detailed notes. If the design still needs development, pattern advice or fit guidance, we may recommend a paid consultation before sampling.
What do I need to get started?

How long does production take?
- Calico sample: 10–14 working days
- Production-fabric prototype: about 5 working days after fit approval
- Standard bulk production: 20–30 working days
- Unchanged reorder: 15–20 working days
- Local fabric sourcing: 2–3 weeks
Bulk timelines start once the sample is approved in writing, the contract is signed, payment is received and the fabric is ready.
Do you sell blanks, and do you print?
Yes. We produce blanks and decorate them with DTG, screen printing, sublimation and embroidery.
Can I visit the factory?
By appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Give us at least one working day’s notice so the right team is available.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes. Your fabric must match the approved specification, be clearly labelled, and arrive before production begins. Announce deliveries in advance and deliver before 5:00 p.m. on a working day. We count fabric within two working days and tell you about any shortfall before production starts.
Can you source fabric?
Yes. When we source the fabric the minimum is 30 pieces per design, covering up to 3 colours; each extra colour adds 10 pieces. Imported fabric starts from 60 pieces per design. Local sourcing takes 2–3 weeks.
Do you make samples?
Yes. A calico sample takes 10–14 working days and costs 2.5× the production price per piece at your quoted quantity, pattern development included, paid 100% before sampling starts.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes. Local and international delivery.
What files do you need?
For garments: a tech pack, spec sheet or clear front-and-back images with notes. For printing and embroidery: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD or high-resolution PNG artwork.
How much deposit is required?
70% before cutting, with the balance before delivery. Samples are paid 100% before sampling starts.
